It is my belief that at any moment, we can discern from a more rooted and grounded place. In some of the cultures I live within — one that follows a Gregorian calendar, and one that celebrates solstice, the darkest night of the year (and, quite personally, one where it’s my birthday in January) — the time around late December and early January mark the turning point toward a new year, and often times, with new decision to make.

As someone whose operations offerings center sincerity, capacity management, creative living, and accountability, I’d will guide intentional individuals and small business owners who have important visions for a more beautiful and just world to come together to assess if these aspects of their personal and public life are in alignment to support this reality.

Two weeks prior, you will be invited to partake in a bit of pre-work for your personal and professional life. Then, during the workshop we’ll continue incorporating impactful reflective and planning tools to support you in your prioritization and clearer decision making in the year to come. After the two hours, you’ll come away with the beginning of a self-derived orientation or conceptual map you can return to throughout the year.
